After you have found a condo of your choice you can contact our sales department for more information on the particular project and make an appointment for viewing. If you stay overseas we will provide you with all required information in digital format and will mark the unit locations on Master plan and sent these to you by email for review. When necessary we can make a video of condo or property and surroundings to show before your purchase.

If you decided to purchase the unit we will agree on a payment plan and sent you the reservation form by email. In the reservation form you will see the payment plan and reservation deposit listed, for example 50,000.- THB which you will need to transfer by bank. After the reservation deposit has cleared into the bank account we will take your unit off the market and it belongs to you.
Now that the reservation fee has cleared we will prepare the sales contract which takes about a week to prepare and sent this to you by email. The sales contract you have to sign and after scan and email back to us. In the sales contract you will see everything related to the sale, including furniture, payment plan, ownership, unit number etc.
After you have received all the documentation the condo belongs to you, so easy is it. The whole process can be done online without complications, we make sure to create a smooth transaction.
